Mayatex Return Policy


Mayatex makes every effort to satisfy our customer’s needs. If, however, problems arise that require a return
of merchandise, the following procedures will be implemented:

• No merchandise will be credited after 30 days from the date of invoice
• Freight charges for returned merchandise must be prepaid
• A copy of the invoice must accompany the returned merchandise
• You must call to obtain a return authorization number

Call tags will be issued for damaged goods only.
Damaged merchandise must be inspected by your local UPS or carrier.

Drop Shipping

• We are able to drop ship merchandise at the single Lot Price with a $7.50 DROP SHIP FEE added to the standard freight charges.

Backorders

From time to time, inventory levels fall below demand, which require that certain items be put on backorder. A partial shipment of items in stock will be made to satisfy the requirements of the customer. Out of stock items will be shipped as soon as they become available. If the out-of-stock items are not shipped within 30 days of the original invoice date, the customer will be notified before shipping.
